This is from the Taste of Home website. They have a ridiculous amount of fabulous recipes. My husband loves their stuff and got me hooked. I give these cuties a 3.5 for a few reasons:
#1 - I don't normally like white chocolate, but the almond extract you add to it makes a perfect combination with the fresh berries.
#2 - Very easy and fun to make.
#3 - They are adorable! I am a firm believer aesthetics are a very important part of any recipe.
Here's a picture of mine. Not as pretty as I would have liked, but still cute. I did do a couple of things differently. I couldn't find white baking chocolate at my little grocery store, so I used Nestle White Chocolate chips. And I doubled the almond extract. Josh ate these up!
